The apartment with the foundation walls from the 17th century has a spacious balcony (12 m²) across the entire front. Here you can admire both the sunrise (Alba) and the sunset (Tramonto). The apartment is perfectly cut. The large, bright living area with the well-equipped kitchen has floor-to-ceiling windows with wonderful sea views. Just as you always look at the sea from every window in the apartment. A double bedroom (160 x 200), with en suite shower room and a bedroom with two single beds optionally also as a double bed and another shower room offers plenty of space for four people.

Around the house is pedestrian zone. For loading and unloading you can drive up to a few meters in front of the house. During your stay your car is parked in a nearby garage.
