Ferien in der Casa del Borgo bedeuten einen Aufenthalt direkt am Meer in einem der romantischsten Winkel von imperia - Porto Maurizio. In Gehweite zu Restaurants, Stadtmitte und Strand. Die Ferienwohnung ist in einem historischen Häuserkomplex direkt am Wasser gelegen.

Im Fischerviertel "Borgo Foce" liegen noch die kleinen Fischerboote am Ufer, kleine Restaurants und Kaffeebars laden zum Verweilen ein, der Strand ist direkt vor der Tür, hier gehen die Uhren etwas langsamer. Immer am Wasser entlang kann man auf der Promenade entweder zu den Stränden des Stadtteils Borgo Prino spazieren, direkt in den Radweg bis zur französischen Grenze einsteigen, auf der alten Bahntrasse bis San Remo laufen oder oder den berühmten Klippenweg "Passegiata degli innamorati" den sogenannten Spazierweg der Verliebten bis zum Yachthafen erkunden.

Die neue, große Wohnküche mit Balkon ist sehr gut ausgestattet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Klimaanlage, Sat-TV, Spülmaschine, Backofen, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine etc. sind selbstverständlich vorhanden. Bei Bedarf kann das Sofa in ein bequemes Doppelbett verwandelt werden. Vom Balkon blicken Sie seitlich auf das Meer und geradeaus auf den Borgo Prino und die oft stark befahrene Via Aurelia. Die Wohnung hat zwei Schlafzimmer. Das größere Schlafzimmer mit den wunderschön polierten Nußbaummöbeln hat ein 160 x 200 Doppelbett, das kleinere ein 140 x 200 Bett. Beide Schlafzimmer bieten viel Stauraum. Die Fenster der Schlafzimmer gehen zur Straße hin. Viele Antiquitäten kombiniert mit modernen Elementen schaffen eine wohnliche Atmosphäre für erholsame Ferien. Ein modernes Duschbad mit Waschmaschine komplettiert den Ferientraum.

Eine Garage (200 m entfernt) ist selbstverständlich inklusive. Hier kann man gegebenenfalls auch Fahrräder unterstellen.
