On the upper floor, a separate entrance leads to the Acquamarino vacation apartment with a fantastic sea view.
The ground floor apartment Villa Emilia Smeraldo with direct pool and garden access also has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. (Bedroom 1 with double bed 160x200, bedroom 2 with double bed 160x200 and bedroom 3 with 2 single beds 90x200) The large, Mediterranean-style living area with integrated kitchen has direct access to an inviting patio with large dining area.Enjoy the wonderful peace and quiet in the shade of the large pine trees and soak up the sun on the well-tended lawn right outside your door.
The sunny garden with the pool area, which is shared by the two apartments, is a paradise. For a stay with two families, it is possible to combine the two apartments of Villa Emilia Aquamarino and Villa Emilia Smeraldo and vacation together with up to 12 people.
The entire property is fenced and secured by a gate. Up to three vehicles can be parked on a private parking space in front of the property. The comfortable gas central heating also makes a relaxing vacation possible on cooler days.
