Questions & Answers Holidays by the Sea

The pool is regularly maintained by the landlord or an authorised person to ensure that it is usable and hygienic at all times.
Some holiday homes offer a heated pool, especially in cooler seasons. You will always find this specifically noted in the holiday home description. Please check when booking whether the pool is heated and whether there are any additional costs.
You will find this information in the respective house description. If it says private, the pool in a holiday home is only accessible to you. If the pool is used by several parties, it will say shared pool. Guests who are not registered in the booked accommodation are not permitted to access the pool.
The swimming pools in our accommodations are private pools and are not secured or monitored by lifeguards or supervisory staff or technical aids. Use of the pool is at your own risk. The landlord accepts no liability for accidents, injuries or damage arising in connection with the use of the pool. Children may only enter the pool under the constant supervision of adults. Parents or accompanying adults are responsible for the safety of the children. It is recommended that you only use the pool responsibly and in compliance with safety precautions.
As a rule, the pool is accessible during the entire stay, unless there is an urgent maintenance measure. Outdoor pools can be used from around Easter until the end of October, depending on the weather conditions. Please check whether the pools are open when you arrive in the low season.
