Please note that the cancellation conditions applicable to your booking form part of the rental agreement with the respective property owner and will be communicated to you in full prior to booking.
We understand that plans can change. In such moments, it is all the more important to us to work together with the property owner in finding a fair and considerate solution.
Where possible, the owners will make every effort to re-let the cancelled period.
Should this be successful, any cancellation costs already incurred will be refunded on a pro rata basis.
You are also welcome to propose a replacement guest. This is subject to the new guest taking over the booking under the existing conditions and being accepted by the property owner.
In many cases, this approach allows for a smooth and uncomplicated resolution.
Should your plans change, we will of course be by your side – supporting you throughout the process and assisting with the coordination with the property owner.
As circumstances can sometimes change unexpectedly, we recommend taking out travel cancellation and travel interruption insurance.
This allows you to plan your journey with confidence – knowing that you are well protected should unforeseen events arise.
