Cancellation Conditions

Maremonti does not offer free cancellations. Each of our holiday homes is unique. Just as you expect a binding commitment from your landlord, your landlord also wants this from you. Please only book if you are sure that you want to spend your vacation in your favorite home. Of course, an emergency can sometimes arise and cause you to be unable to travel. To protect yourself, the landlord recommends taking out travel cancellation insurance and/or trip cancellation insurance, e.g. directly on the Maremonti homepage with Travelsecure here: Travel cancellation insurance

Our cancellation conditions are:

• If canceled within 2 days of receipt of the booking form and issuance of the reservation without receipt of the deposit, €30.
• If canceled up to 90 days before the start of the holiday, a service fee of 25% of the rental costs will be due.
• For cancellations from 89 days to 50 days before the start of the holiday, 35% of the booked rental price
• For cancellations from 49 days to the 30th day before the start of the holiday, 60% of the booked rental price
• If you cancel later than 29 days before the start of your holiday, we will charge 100% of the booked rental prices.
• In the event of late arrival or early departure, for whatever reason, we will charge 100% for the booked service.
