German by birth, Ligurian at heart – I’ve been connected to this region for decades

I naturally grew into the world of “Holidays in Liguria” through my years of experience managing an olive farm and running an agriturismo. Over time, I’ve learned what truly matters to our guests – and what small but meaningful details can turn a good holiday into an unforgettable one. From the beginning of my love affair with Liguria, Italian friends would ask me what makes holiday guests happy. At the same time, friends from Germany kept reaching out for tips on finding the perfect place to stay

With these two perspectives – that of host and guest – Maremonti was born: a personal, independent holiday home agency offering handpicked stays in one of Italy’s most beautiful regions

I take time to understand your needs and help you find the holiday home that’s truly right for you – whether you’re traveling with children, with a dog, or have specific requirements. I personally know every single house. I’ve visited them, met the owners, and only offer homes where I’d happily stay myself. This hands-on selection process – paired with my deep regional knowledge – is what makes the real difference. Maremonti isn’t a faceless booking platform.
